: Female C57BL/6J mice were purchased from Vital River Laboratory Animal Technology Co. Ltd. (Beijing, China).
: The LL2 mouse lung cancer cell line was obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). This cell line was authenticated by the ATCC. The LL2 cell line was expanded and frozen in aliquots, and was cultured for no more than 1 week after thawing prior to use in in vivo experiments.
