: All mouse experiments were followed with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals published by the National Institutes of Health. All mice were maintained at our animal facility in accordance with the guidelines for the care and use of experimental animals at the Mackay Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. All experiments were conducted with approval (MMH-A-S-106-32) from the Animal Care Committee of Mackay Memorial Hospital.
: Male ASID mice (Cg-Prkdc<sup>scid</sup> Il2rg<sup>tm1Wjl</sup>/YckNarl) were purchased from the National Laboratory Animal Center, Taiwan (5 weeks old).
: The lung cancer cell lines HCC827 and A549 were purchased from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC, Manassas, VA, USA); HCC827 and A549 were reauthenticated through short tandem repeat profiling (Applied Biosystems, Massachusetts, USA): HCC827 on 8 May 2015; A549 on 4 June 2014; H1975 on 23 May 2019; H520 on 13 Dec 2016.
