: The present study was performed according to the declaration of relevant guidelines and regulations and was approved by the ethics committee of First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China (No.2025-RE-210/2024-RE-318). This study has obtained the written informed consent forms provided by all participants prior to isolation and use of the samples. No.2025-RE-210 belonged to the collection of human glandulae labiales and circulation blood. Animal studies were approved by the Animal Care Committee of First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China (2024-RE-318).
