: Monocyte-derived dendritic cells were generated from anonymous human material obtained with the donor’s consent from Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen, and used in the studies as approved by the local ethics committee. The animal studies were approved by the Danish Animal Experiments Inspectorate, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark. The studies were compliant with the local legislation and institutional requirements.
