: Sampling frequencies were designed to reduce the stress of the animals, according to the European and Czech laws and current guidelines for ethical use of animals in research (ASAB 2012). This experiment was carried out under standard regime and eland farm management procedures and was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague).
