It was also approved by the Faculty Research Ethics Panel (FREP) at Anglia Ruskin University and followed the principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki (2013). Participants received a comprehensive explanatory information sheet about the research and signed a consent form to engage in the study.
