: Adipose-derived stem cells and dedifferentiated fat cells were isolated from surgical waste of adipose tissue. For this part, the study entitled “Comparison of the Difference in the Stemness Changes of Adipose-derived Stem Cell and Dedifferentiated Fat Cell after Fat Transplantation” was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (No. KY2024-R160, Date: July 5, 2024). For animal experiments, the study entitled “The functional and mechanistic sights of fat graft survival with adipose-derived stem cells or dedifferentiated adipocytes assisted” was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (No. WYYY-AEC-2023-074, Date: October 11, 2023).
