: This study was approved by the Galilee Medical Center's Institutional Review Board (NHR 011619). The procedures were conducted in accordance with institutional and national ethical standards and the Declaration of Helsinki. Preoperatively, medical and personal information was gathered by a structured questionnaire and through medical records, and was kept anonymous. Responding to the questionnaire was considered to be informed consent for participation in the research. Written consent was waived by the institutional review board. The researchers also took steps to maximize the benefits to participants. These included providing them with the opportunity to learn more about rhinoplasty and personality structure, and to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in this area.
