: The dissection study was conducted on a Fix for Life © embalmed human cadaver at the Department of Anatomy and Embryology of the Leiden University Medical Centre in Leiden, The Netherlands. All specimens were obtained from bodies that were donated according to the Dutch Burial and Cremation Act to the Department for use in scientific research and medical education. No additional ethics approval was needed since the bodies had been donated for medical research.
: Bodies donated according to the Dutch Burial and Cremation Act have given informed consent for the usage of their tissues in research and publication during life prior to donation. Radiological images were acquired anonymously, therefore, obtaining informed consent from these patients was not necessary.
