Consent to publish: The imaging data were obtained retrospectively from an anonymised archive. Patient identifiability from the published images and data was assessed as minimal; formal written consent to publish could not be obtained due to the retrospective design and the patient’s unavailability. The Ethics Committee confirmed that publication of anonymised imaging data does not require additional consent under applicable national legislation.
