: In the present study, the entire data collection and analysis were carried out only after approval by the Research Ethics Committee, “Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto da Universidade de São Paulo” (CEP-HCFMRP), CAAE number 16344919.4.0000.5440. All the procedures performed (laboratory tests, routine consultations, treatments) were part of the routine care, and no additional procedures were performed for the study.
