: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. The study was conducted according to the ethical guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2008. Patient consent was waived because this was a retrospective and de-identified study. All the laboratory studies did not require specific ethical approval because they were done as part of the routine workup of patients.
