: A total of 157 EDTA-K2 anticoagulated whole blood samples were collected from outpatients and inpatients at Peking Union Medical College Hospital between August and October 2023. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (Approval No. S-T594) and conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki (1964). All samples were stored at room temperature (18–22 °C) and processed within 2 h of collection.
