: The case report was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.The patient was treated at the University Clinical Center in Gdańsk (Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne w Gdańsku), where all patients provide written informed consent on admission for the use of their clinical data for research and treatment purposes (No 2023/55096). In addition, verbal consent was obtained from the patient for the publication of this case report, including relevant clinical information.Formal approval from a bioethics committee was not required for this single case report under local regulations.
