: This study was conducted under a University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Institutional Review Boar-approved protocol (IRB-130710002), titled “Cytogenetics Laboratory Patients Phenotype Information Database.” The protocol allows for the collection and research use of phenotypic information from patients evaluated in the UAB Clinical Cytogenetics Laboratory who were found to have abnormalities through clinical testing. All data included in this report were collected in accordance with institutional ethical standards, and the phenotypic information was used for research purposes, including publication, as permitted by the protocol.
