: This study was designed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. This article does not contain any studies with human participants performed by any of the authors. The collection of anonymized patient data was authorized by the Professional Ethics Committee of the Sofia College of Physicians, Bulgarian Medical Association (Protocol No. 634/15.07.2024). All patients participating in the study signed informed consent for the performed assessments and for the personal data management as per the requirements of the Bulgarian national health insurance organization. We have an patients agreement to use their data for scientific purposes. The patients have been managed in accordance with the recommendations and guidelines outlined in “Ethical Issues in Patient Safety Research: Interpreting Existing Guidance” approved by the World Health Organization (WHO).
