: This study was approved by the Committee for Ethics and Oversight of Human Research at the National Medical Institute of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (Warsaw, Poland) (approval date: 10 January 2024; protocol number: 25/BN/2023). All participants provided writ-ten informed consent prior to enrolment. The study was designed and initiated in accordance with the 2013 revision of the Declaration of Helsinki (adopted in October 2013), which was in effect at the time of ethics approval. Given that part of the study recruitment was conducted af-ter the release of the December 2024 revision of the Declaration, all procedures were reviewed for continued compliance with its applicable updates.
