: Our sample population is taken from the same cohort of patients as two previously published studies, and partly (about 80%) overlaps with the sample populations of these studies (M. Saucier Lepage et al Femoroacetabular impingement: normal values of the quantitative morphometric parameters in asymptomatic hips. European Radiology 2014 24:1707–1714 and P. Omoumi et al Anatomic Features Associated with femoroacetabular impingement are equally common in hips of old and young asymptomatic individuals without CT signs of osteoarthritis. AJR y 2014; 202:1078-1086). However, the scope of this study is entirely unrelated to these previous studies, and our results have never been published or presented so far.
