: Informed consent was obtained given that this was an off-label use of ferumoxytol. At our institution, we commonly use ferumoxytol off label intravenously without consent. Given that this was an intra-lymphatic administration of this contrast agent, consent was obtained in these cases.
: Given that this was a retrospective study of a small number of patients, IRB approval was not needed. These studies were performed on the basis of clinical need in these 4 patients.
