: Our study cohorts were from the RESCUE-BT trial. The RESCUE-BT trial was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial implemented at 55 hospitals in China registered on the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (, ChiCTR-INR-17014167). Among all 948 patients randomized in the RESCUE BT trial, 332 eligible patients were enrolled in the current cohort.
