: All of the patients were reported in a previous retrospective study that investigated the ultrasonography (US) features for diagnosing cervical LN metastasis in patients with thyroid cancer and compared the US-based risk stratification system between the European and Korean guidelines []. While the previous study focused on the US features of LN metastasis, our study addressed the diagnostic performance and interobserver agreement of quantitative CT parameters indicating strong enhancement of the metastatic LN.
