: All cohorts in this systematic review and meta-analysis have previously been reported in primary research studies. Two of the included studies (Park et al [] and Rizvi et al []) included the same cohort. However, the studies presented data on different levels (lesion-specific vs vessel-specific data). We made sure that the number of patients included in this cohort was only counted once in our study.
