: Among 587 patients, 11 were included from a previously described study population [reference ], in which the value of a proposed CBIR system for the diagnosis of four disease classes of ILD (UIP, nonspecific interstitial pneumonia, cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, and chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis) was evaluated.
