: A total of 482 patients have been included in a previous study. The prior report [ ] developed the simplified LI-RADS for HCC diagnosis at gadoxetate-enhanced MRI. The current study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of enhancing capsule as a major feature for HCC, and also differs from the prior study by including patients who underwent MRI using extracellular contrast agent.
