Study subjects or cohorts overlap: This study draws from the same intra-individual cohort as a previous Radiology publication (10.1148/radiol.241479), but it addresses a distinctly different scientific rationale and purpose. Whereas the earlier work characterized scanner-related differences using reconstruction settings optimized for UHR, the present analysis focuses on harmonizing reconstruction settings between detector technologies, maximizing reproducibility, and providing a practical framework for trial planning using a novel automated plaque quantification tool. We confirm that this manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under review elsewhere.
