: For this study, no human or animal subjects were directly involved. The research utilized publicly available data from the Psychiatric Genomic Consortium () of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for genome-wide association studies (GWAS), as well as gene expression data from ASD case-control studies. The gene expression data were obtained from publicly accessible repositories hosted by NCBI GEO () with the following GEO accession numbers: GSE113834, GSE111176, and GSE148450. As such, institutional review board approval or ethical review was not applicable to this study.
