: This study is a retrospective study, conducted in accordance with the principles of Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was exempted by our local Institutional Board because it is a non-experimental medical study, the personal identities cannot be identified and anonymous questionnaires were used.

: This study involved a voluntary and anonymous online survey conducted among members of the Young Pediatric Urologist Committee (YPUC) of the European Society of Pediatric Urology (ESPU). No patient data were collected. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study and consented to take part by completing the questionnaire. In accordance with local and international guidelines for research involving healthcare professionals and non-sensitive, non-patient data, ethical committee approval was not required.
