: The Jetstream PMS study was conducted according to Japanese Good Postmarket Surveillance Practice (GPSP) regulations using information collected from medical sites to detect or confirm the occurrence status by type of disease caused by adverse events of medical devices, as well as information on the quality, efficacy, safety, etc., of the medical device, without specifying the conditions for the patient who will be used the medical device. Consent was obtained from patients for the Jetstream procedure which included secondary use of patient data for research purposes.
