: This study qualified for an exemption from requiring ethics approval of the SSSIHMS, Bangalore Ethics committee as per its guidelines related to the publishing of retrospective studies with de-identified data. Consent and authorization from the child’s parents was obtained for reporting of the case and usage of de-identified images and was conducted ethically in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
