: This RCT was designed in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The trial protocol has been approved by the Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Regional Ethics Review Committee/Medical Ethics Committee of the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (permission number: 2021KL-079). Signed consent will be obtained from each participant after being informed of the study procedures, possible risks, and their right to withdraw from the trial. In addition, all researchers were trained and signed a pledge to protect the confidentiality of participants. Any modifications to the protocol which may impact on the conduct of the study will require a formal amendment to the protocol and approved by the ethics committee.
