: Not applicable due to the anonymous nature of the survey. Each participant was informed in the invitation letter that taking part in the anonymous survey and returning the questionnaire to the study team included consent for publication.
: The ethics committee of the medical faculty of the University of Marburg (161/20) authorized the conduct of the study and the study was registered in the German Clinical Trials Register (DRKS00026168). According to German law, a signed declaration is not required, as the data is collected anonymously. Participation and return of the questionnaire imply the willingness to process the data, about which participants were informed in the cover letter.
