: Ethical review and approval were waived for this study, due to participation was voluntary. In addition, participants were able to leave the online survey at any time, before clicking the "submit" button and sending their answers.
: All the participants were informed about the aim of the study and were asked for permission to use their data to elaborate an European database in which other research groups could conduct similar surveys with their country citizens.
