: The SUN cohort was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and is registered at clinicaltrials.gov (accessed on 22 March 2021) as NCT02669602. The present study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of University of Navarra (protocol code 010830).
: Potential candidates were informed of their right to refuse to participate or to withdraw their consent to participate in the SUN project at any time without reprisal, according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Voluntary completion of the baseline questionnaire was considered to imply informed consent to participate in the study.
