: This retrospective study integrated histopathological and molecular analyses. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Keio University School of Medicine. The molecular and clinical analyses were conducted under protocol number 20050002, and the whole-genome sequencing component was approved under protocol number 20221008. All the procedures were conducted in accordance with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
