: This study received ethical approval from the local institutional review board (EK-No.: 1194/2021) of the “Ethikkommission OÖ” of the Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU Linz).

: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Informed consent was not required because of the retrospective study design.

: The study was approved by the institutional review board (EK-No.: 1239/2019) in accordance with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. Because of the retrospective evaluation of pre-existing medical records informed consent was not required.
