: All investigated cadavers were donated to the Division of Macroscopic and Clinical Anatomy of the Medical University Graz under the approval of the Anatomical Donation Program of the Medical University of Graz and according to the Austrian law for donations. All studies on human cadaver are approved by the institutional review board of the Medical University of Graz, Department of Anatomy. During their lifetime, donors had given their written informed consent to participate in anatomical studies. The study was performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
