: All datasets used in the current study were obtained from publicly accessible consortium. The PU patients included in the database have received ethical approval. Users can freely download data for research purposes and publish related articles. According to Article 32 of the Measures for Ethical Review of Life Science and Medical Research Involving Human Beings, adopted by the National Science and Technology Ethics Committee of the People’s Republic of China, this study qualifies for an exemption from ethical review.
