: The study protocol was submitted to the responsible Ethics Committee of the Canton of Bern. The study was approved, and it does not fall under the Swiss Human Research Act (reference number: BASEC-Nr: Req-2019-00567). To guarantee the anonymity of the study participants, information from the clinical database and the survey data was linked via a three-character alpha-numeric code, without the need to use any personal data. The study was performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
