: The study was conducted according to the ethical standards established in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, as revised in 2013. Ethical approval was waived by the local Ethics Committee of Hopital Lariboisiere, Paris in view of the retrospective nature of the study and all the procedures being performed were part of the routine care.
