Subjects have given their written informed consent and the study protocol was approved by the institute’s committee of ethics (#2019-739 N). The setup of the current study did not impose any additional risks to patients or surgeons, because they were not subject to any specific procedure, nor were they required to follow any new rules of behavior. Diagnostics and surgery were performed without any deviation from the standard procedure.
