: This study was approved by the local Committee on Biomedical Ethics of the Yakut Scientific Centre of Complex Medical Problems. Informed consent was obtained from volunteers, or the parents of participating children where applicable, before sample collection. For the Beninese sample, the study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of the Research Institute of Applied Biomedical Sciences (CER-ISBA/Institut des Sciences Biomédicales Appliquées) in Benin (No 61/CER/ISBA/15).
