: This study does not require approval by institutional ethics commission because it does not involve experimental protocols (information from the ethics commission of the faculty of medicine of the Goethe University, Frankfurt/Main, April 6, 2022). Investigation and autopsy were claimed by local attorneys, and our involvement was requested to clarify the cause and manner of death.
: It was not possible to obtain informed consent from relatives: The perpetrator was the victim’s husband. No other near relations were known.
