Ethics approval and consent to participate: This retrospective study was conducted following the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The research protocol was approved by the Human Ethics Committee of Training and Research Hospital, Izmir, Turkey. Given the retrospective nature of the study, the need for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee.
