: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was waived by the local review board of GHU Paris in view of the retrospective nature of the study and all the procedures being performed were part of the routine care. The study was conducted under the Reference Methodology MR-004 for data protection relating to the processing of retrospective and prospective personal data implemented in the framework of research not involving the human person, and approved by our local committee under the internal registration number D22-R005. All living subjects were informed in writing and offered the possibility to withdraw from study.
: Consent to Participate was searched with information letter to every patient screened for the derivation cohort. Consent to Participate could not be obtained after death for the participants used for the validation cohort. In accordance with French legislation, the absence of written opposition during subjects’ lifetime was verified in medical records.
