: This study was conducted with the approval of the Forensic Medicine Council Scientific Board of the Ministry of Justice Scientific Turkey (approval number: 1589509/2024/691). All procedures performed in this study were by the ethical standards of the national committee and the Helsinki Declaration of 1964. The collection of biological fluids (blood and urine) from suspected drug users was carried out by the judicial authorities. The samples were sent to the Forensic Medicine Council for analysis at their request. Blank blood samples were obtained from a regional blood center and blank urine samples were collected from healthy, non-drug users.
