: Before inclusion, all participants had to sign a written informed consent form. Proxy consent was obtained when a patient was not able to give informed consent, and the patient was approached for consent as soon as his or her condition would allow. If the patient did not then give consent, the data on the CRF were destroyed. The study was approved by the ethics committee of the medical faculty of Ludwig Maximilian University Munich (No. 20-487) and has therefore been performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
