: This study was conducted based on two research protocols. For the first 12 months, it was approved as a prospective interventional study by the Ethics Committee of the Shimane University Faculty of Medicine (IRB No. 20191203-1). Participants were informed about the study and provided written consent. The observation period up to 24 months was approved as a retrospective study by the Ethics Committee of the Shimane University Faculty of Medicine (IRB No. KT20220224-1). Instead of obtaining written informed consent, the study protocol was posted on the website or displayed in outpatient clinics, and participants were given the opportunity to opt out. The study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Biological Research Involving Human Subjects in Japan.
