: The S-MGA study has been approved by the ethics commission of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, approval number 006_2016_Müller. All employees in the sample were contacted by mail and the interviews were only conducted after each respondent gave their informed oral consent (Rose et al. ). A written consent was given for the willingness to participate at follow-up.
