: Permission for sample collection at the workplace was granted by the employers, the staff council and the employees involved. An ethics committee was not involved as no clinical or personal data was collected.
: The consent of the volunteers to sample at home was obtained by the return of the questionnaires and EDCs. The volunteers had no advantage or disadvantage from their contribution to the study. All informatation that could identify the contributors were removed from the final data set.
