: On the basis of the existing regulations, the TNO Internal Review Board approved the study and assessed the NWCS-COVID-19 cohort study as not being subject to the requirements of the Medical Research (Human Subjects) Act (ID number: 2019–061 for Wave 1; ID number: 2020–057 for Wave 2–4; ID number: 2021–101 for Wave 5).
